I like it. He has a very "Mad Scientist" look to him. Like you said, he does have an underbite, and I also think from the side view, that his jaw bone doesn't have quite as sharp of an angle as it should. Maybe try moving the ear forward some, and angleing the jaw bone up more sharply. But it's looking really great. Needs a lab coat and a monocle :D

AND I hate that damn grey.How bout adding some interesting lighting to the image????

I believethe ear is too far away from the face.
