CGTalk - Importing Text

Does anyone know of any way to import text (from .txt, rtf, .doc, anything..)? Are there any free plugins or anything on the net anywhere? I have a few pages that Ive already typed out that I'd like to bring into PS and hopefully re-edit once it's in there.

Any ideas?

Not too sure of any freeware utils(though I guess there are some). Only one I found was

Copy and paste works. Just create a text rectangle and paste the text or am I misunderstanding the prob?
