Hello, I'm new to this forum.

I've wanted to learn 3D modeling for along time but since I got bored very fast I never really tryed untill now.

I want to make something like this

But with not much skill in 3D I end up with somthing every messy looking

Also, since I have access to a version of 3Dsmax, and Cinema 4D... What one would be better for me to use?

That's not all that bad!

There is no tricks to anything with CGI, it's all practice!As for your program choices, which do you feel more comfortable in?

Go for the one that suits you best, after you get pretty competent with one you can transfer those skills to the other package! The only main difference is the menu and navigations to find the tools!
