View Full Version : Mutated Looking Feet - Help
Alfihar 03-24-2005, 12:13 AM I was wondering if anyone was able to point out what im doing wrong modelling this foot. Ive tried to follow the ref photos as much as i can, but when i put the meshsmooth on the feet look really weird and fat. Is there something obviously wrong with my topology? Do i need to add more detail?

You have to add more edges around areas that are suposed to have a crease. Like between the toes and around the bottom of the foot. The more detail you put in the control cage the better the smoothed result is going to look. Right now with so little detail in the low poly version the smoothing just turns it into a blob.
