here is a test of a character firing a vulcan mini gun. My intention is to replace the SimpleGuy (model from a Kevin Johnson workshop a few weeks back) with an armored character which I am sLo0owly working on, but finished the model of the gun and wanted to test some particles and a little animation to see some poses going. The scene is a rough light setup with some point lights to simulate the environment it will be in.

Well I'm assuming that since you're replacing this guy with an armored dude later on that you're not wanting any crits on the animation, or the rotating world that you have going on while the guy is staying in place :)

But it does look good, I really like the effect you're pulling off with the gun shots... what all are you doing to get that effect...
