HI.
I have a problem using the Boolean Difference feature, i have used it before and i dont know why its not working now.
I modeled the inner rim of a wheel. i modeling the bolts the go into the rim but first i wanted to boolean them out of the inner rim so after i add the bolt again it would look like it was really inside the rim. But it would only let me boolean one bolt at a time with the rim, and also it will only let me boolean to the original poly count of the rim, if i try to smooth the rim once so it looks good and then try to boolean the whole thing disappears. i also did the proper selections which is rim then shift select bolt and boolean but it work on non smooth rim.
lol.
so question i guess is can a boolean on a smooth geometry(rim)or will it only work on original mesh.
if anyone know a better way of making the bolts on the rim look decent with out using boolean and know of another way please post.
