CGTalk - Timeslider in Custom GUI?

I am trying to have a timeslider, range slider and playback controls as part of my GUI that I am making for my character.
I can't seem to find any help on this....

Is there a way to include these between the
window;
showWindow;

?? Any help at all will be much appreciated!
