This my concept so far this Egyptian can raise spirts from the unknown, but as he attempts this, they start to pull him under. this will be a twist that he didnt expect. I paln to capture the fear in his eyes as he gets dragged to hell.

Cool.
I agree with the no eyes. Looks evil without them. Maybe have some pointy teeth sticking out from the darkness.

this is with the camera angle up a bit. so more of the background will be visible. not sure which one i like.

I like the creatures. Having no eyes give them an eerie emptyness.
I also like the rendering with the "bony" texture, it fits the creature good.

okay, this is the scene i am going for. whole scene except for the cheap sky, for now, is already modeled. i'll add more models once in post effects stage. kinda what i did here. looks like the texturing phase has begun. see ya in about a week. lol.

Making progress nice! My only suggestion would be to give some variation to the ground the demons are on. Looks a little too flat.
Keep it up!

thanks C. I', thinking maybe some boulders, small rocks. & of course the cracks in the ground. with lava light shining through.. i have two more days to play around before i start texturing.

Yea, that one's alot better! The cracks in the ground and bringing the pyramids closer makes a huge difference. Keep it up!

Cool, you're gettin there. I like the render with the larger pyramid. The tip goes off the screen and adds more depth to the scene. The sky also seems a little too dark at the horizon.
That's my 2 cents...lol

Good point. I am going to pull scene closer like before. I'll be playing around with the sky. I hope bryce is okay to use. it can make a wicked sky. thanks man!
