Oh, I like the color scheme here, with the blue magics (?) accenting the intense bright red sky. I love the concept too! The King of Mars rocks my socks, I love his design! Can't wait to see more updates!

thanks for the comments you guys :D i will definitly keep you updated as I crank out some more designs. with over 50 days it's best for me to take everything a step at a time and not rush to much really usually the best ideas don't happen on the first run but I'm pretty pleased with this one.

spent some time on it today since I already decided on my color scheme and the thumbnail scene I wanted to use.I resized my thumbnail image and started roughing in some elements here and there.

Hi Gaston, and welcome to this challenge :) The scketches look good, but is there a story behind the picture? Having a clear idea of the background context of the image will help you in this challenge in 2 ways: firstly it will make it easier for judges and other members to understand the piece, and secondly it will help you visuaslise the scene better, thus achieving a better result. That's my little grain of sand. Hope it helps. Good luck!

i really like the color scheme, composition is very centralized, will be interesting to see where you put the other figures in this piece
