I need to make a bed sheet floating in the air being blown by wind. How do I get the sheet to stay in one pace while still being blown by the wind? Thanks

Motion Designer and a bone should do the trick. Depending on the look you're going after, you could also make a few polys on the sheet have a different surface name and make those polys fixed.
