Hello all,
I have here not all characters that I will want, I just wanted to post something up so that I can start getting comments or ideas. I wanted to portray the feeling of overpowering or experience. Thats pretty much it, please comment at will.

Alright!

Seany boy! Nice to see you on! For such a simple image, I think it portrays quite a bit of emotion...it almost seems like it could be a banner for a game or movie :P. I also really like the extended horizontal set up, I can't wait to see what you do with it! Keep it up!

here is another concept sketch. I wanted to go for a more dramatic angle, rather than a panoramic feel. Hopefully something developes from this one.

I like both but I think the landscape aspect of the first image delivers a more emotional impact. Good luck!!

i like the 'in your face' attitude you've set up for this one. it definitely has the dramatic appeal that stands out and could work. however i dont know how you'll play with the space thats left over, which isnt much and could hold a problem. good stuff, keep the artwork coming!

Thanks for the comments you guys, I might have a mixture of the two angles. But as far as coloring and mood effects, its still in developement. well . . .

Alright! An update! I actually like both setups. I agree with just being careful with the negative space, especially in the new layout, work with cropping. But then you still needa layout the rest of the scene, so I can't really jump on that yet ^^. You told me you were going for a blizzard type setting right? I think you could really put a lot of expression with that...wind and such. Anyways, can't wait to see more!

I would agree that the second one has more impact, although your master/servant element hasn't shown itself yet I can see several possibilities. The other sketch does give the sense of isolation, so I guess its all a matter of what you are going for. Keep coming.

I really like this second concept a lot. The feel is great and I think if you played a bit more with the cropping, maybe add a bit to the bottom to show someone cowering on the ground or what not, would definitely help.

All in all, I wouldn't worry about not having the master/servant quite yet. Inspiration for me always come near the very last legs. Inspiration through Desperation. Keep it up.

Thank you for your comments.

Ansible-Thanks alot for your comments. Its funny how you suggested to add a cowering person because that is exactly what I have at the moment.

Ill be posting the next one soon.

Large machine gun? or a Pistol?

Cowering man looking at gun wielding person? or trying to crawl away like he is now?

Thanks
