Maya 5.0 IK sticky turn off/on?

UPDATE - figured it out.. no problem

I am trying to figure out how to turn the sticky IK feature off/on. Right now the arms are sticky enabled and it won't move along the torso (the hands stays one position while the torso rotates). I went into the attribute editor and turned off the sticky feature but it doesn't work for some reason.

Please help! Thanks.
