after playing with all the layersand the colors,adding some noise,glow etc
here is the final image of this girl playing a video game in front of real images of a war...slave of the media

here is my idea: a teenager in front the tv playing a video game but on the tv screen we can see real images of a war with the CNN logo.

i made it very simple because i'm not sure about the camera placement and other elements..so i just made the main character the tv and the video game

close up of the lights.the main light is a skylight with a hdri map.i used radiosity to use some materials as lights.i just added a spot to simulate the tv and a omni for the clock
