Fala Braz! Valeu pela forca! :)
I like your image, itīs a good idea to illustrate! Iīm sorry I didnīt post here before, but as you could tell I was reeally busy trying to get my illustration done on time! Congratulations on finishing your image, itīs looking good! Well, the contest is over, but I still have a couple of suggestions.. By now youīre really accustomed to seeing your image, but I would suggest a somewhat drastic change- I like whatīs going on, but the sky is pretty oppressive, it gives it a claustrophobic feeling, almost. I would suggest that you maintain the dusk feeling, but find a more open sky with nice rolling clouds to put in the background, maybe even some blue showing high above. Right now the colors of the sky are so saturated that it feels more like Mars rather than Arizona or something like that. I wouldnīt use the depth of field either, I think that the image would probably look better without it. The moon, for example, would be out of focus if the DOF were so narrow. And one last suggestion- if you add some directional blur (in photoshop) to your bear and bison, they will probably look better, more alive. The pose is too dynamic to be so crisp. A good place to find a good background (or at least some good reference) would be some site with Ansel Adams pictures. O cara é bom. Are you going to still work on this? Valeu, bro!
