If you learn to ink your original drawings and then scan them, that is the easy way for me. Other people might know a different way.
You can get your pencil lines pretty dark by adjusting the levels in Photoshop (ctrl + L), but inking the lines usually produces the best result. Here is one of my pencil drawings adjusted with Photoshop. (http://www.cgtalk.com/attachment.php?postid=177319)

You could try it as Kirt explains, plus copy and paste it into a new layer on top of the 1st layer. Set top layer to multiply. Makes it darker on mine, but then again I don't do line work much (too lazy) LoL

in 38 I did it all!!

Yamazake you should vectorize your drawing before painting and then export the strokes as EPS , after painting put the strokes layer over the others and then multiply it...
Use the Adobe Ilustrator (the best...)

Tem que suá a camisa mermão, tem q vetorizar antes só no photoshop fica complicado... não use magic wand nem path do photoshop eles dão serrilhado !!!
Pra usar o streamline c vai ter q limpar o desenho todo passar a limpo e fazer com lapis ou caneta boa... senao vai ficar um lixo. c viu no tutorial q o cara passo.
