havent modelled for atleast 6 months, been using Protons models for all my animations really :) so last night I started modelling this character for whatever reason..did most of the rig yesterday aswell..just did some minor mods today..really just waiting for people to bash it so I know what to change..

Hey, it looks pretty good for something you made so quickly. The second Beer vid, was a bit strange because of the big head motions. It was a little distracting.
If I had lightwave i'd try your rig, but I dont... So I can only tell you the rig seems good because ive seen you videos. It looks solid and easy to use, good job.
Keep it up!

I agree with those comments, also the camera movement is unnesessary.
I would recommend that you leave the camera still, rather than have it rotate. The first zoom in is zooming off to the side of the character which is strange too. But a slight zoom like at the end could be ok. Subtle so you don't really notice it is how they do it in live action films, so you could try that.

I couldn't really tell you the best angle for the animation though, that's probably something to play with, try a few and see what suits the composition best.

yeah I was just dollying the cam really..the first one I wanted to not move to the center of the character, I kinda liked that :) and when he puts his hand down, he is actually in the center of the cam :)

nah I dont know..kinda like the cam moving.. :)

maybe I was too experimental with the cam movement, the only times (except for my reel animation) when Ive used a cam is when Ive done weirdo experimental art movies :D

We'll see what animation I'll do today with him, I'll think about the cam movements a bit more then I guess :)

thanks :)
