Hello. Sorry for the short and insufficiently informative release notice.
TAFA uses LightWave (with support for XSI, Maya, and others as the next highest priority in the development plan) objects and their endomorphs to let you rapidly animate dialogue and other facial animation. The primary point of interest is its speed and ease-of-use. New users have been able to load their own models, with no modification, and complete a lip-synced facial performance in under half an hour.
It is also designed to support "puppeteering" of your morphs, letting you blend morph shapes in real time (or slower, if you wish) as your audio plays. This is excellent for non-dialogue performances.
There is a lot more, but the best way to find out is to visit http://ta-animation.com/FA . We have just switched hosting providers, so you may get a redirect page. Once you're at the site, you can download the trial executable, demo videos, or read through Timothy Albee's tutorials and watch his training videos.
Thanks!
Mac

The domain transfer for ta-animation.com is currently (March 18, 2005) in fairly active flux. Some requests are being routed to the old host, and some are routing to the new host. This should settle out within a few days. The old host contains redirects to the temporary domain at ta-animation.macreitercreations.com. All information and files can be accessed this way.
Our reseller, 2CheckOut.com, performs security checks on the referring web site. While sales have been proceding smoothly so far, these security checks may be confused by the current semi-random state of the worldwide DNS system regarding where exactly ta-animation.com is. Until the DNS system stabilizes, we cannot effectively resolve this issue. If you encounter any difficulties ordering within the next few days, please try again after the weekend. That should provide sufficient time for the DNS servers to update.
If you encounter any difficulties after March 21, please contact me at mac@macreitercreations.com or post here. I will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Thank you,
Mac
I tried the demo when it was first released....and I can only second what Mac has said. IT IS EXTREMELY EASY TO USE!!! I didn't read anything or watch the videos or anything and I had my own model(EndoMorphs already applied) and animated to a 10 second file and was done in about 30 minutes and with pretty nice quality. If I spent more time it would've have been much better but I just wanted to test it out. Definately worth a try!!! Well done Mac!:)
