Just use the standard 'MotionDump'. It will export the camera's TRS data as well as focal length etc. in two separate .mot files.

you can add a null to the camera, i think you can send deformed object with f11 and solid object with f12, i am not sure, (i am not in my computer so i will try when i come back)

I checked out the motion dump on the camera movement. That's works fine.
How do you apply the focal length in lw?

Click on the Zoom Envelope, and then "Replace"
Find the appropriate file and attach it to the Zoom envelope.

It took me a little bit to find it, but for those of you who (like me) don't know where the replace option is here is where it is:

Click the envelope button which loads the graph editor.

In the channel bin right click on the CameraZoomFactor channel and you'll see the option to replace.

Select replace and it loads in the key data.

Note: make sure when you are trying to find the appropriate file that the file type in the bottom of the window is set to all files vs. motion data. Otherwise, it won't show up in the list.
