hi there here is my first post (i think.....) here, i started this girl sometimes ago, i try to make her as realisitc as i can, she'snot finish yet as you can, (no face...lol) and there is still some stuff to tweak here and there..done in max 7 and brasil...c&c welcome..

Really nice start so far Mathieu, i really want to see it finished with a nice face.
Overally the proportions are elegant, i would just point the attention on some areas which need to be more smooth, like the rear part of the legs which seem to be rather "blocky", while the anatomy in the knees areas/lower area of the quadricepts seems to be a bit off.

It could be you were caught out by the date cutoff on the forum, it happened to me before. If so, you can change the cuttoff in the user CP...

Looks even better now, and the ankle looks incredible!

nice start! i think her knees are a bit wierd and too low. The back of lower leg needs some rounding. gonna be great! :thumbsup:

Really good dragonkiss. Superb proportions and just feels really realistic already!!
There are a few bits that could be improved though. I think the shoulders are a bit blocky as are the calves.
But they are small things. I think this is one to watch for sure!

one too watch, i think. looks great.
would love to see wires, especially for the knees. i'm trying to work my knees right now and can't get anything right short of using lots more geometry. would love to see if it can be achieved with less.

Looking superb but I would give the arms a bit more flesh, and maybe smooth out the crease around the front armpit.

Coaster: thanks man, and don't worry about the old post, is was just a try, i gave up on it, and decided to start this new one, with a better topology...

Haraldus:thanks, like i said, i made her the back of her leg rounder smoother, now i think it's better, you'll see that soon...about her knee, i think they are at the right high, according to my ref, after i think it's a matter of taste, but thanks anyway


pgland:i corrected this area too, i think her shoulder are better now, try to show a little update today or in the next days thank

Chanchito: you are right about this crease i'm gonna make it not so deep, i forgot this area lol too many little detail to correct.. but it take so much time, sometimes i feel like i'm gonna freak out...lol abou ther face, i'm still looking for some good ref, for a beautiful face, that pretty hard, i'm looking for that for a long time now...:(

Hey Dragonkiss,
really nice, looks like its coming along really well! I`m finding it difficult to crit. The only thing I can see was mentioned already by J.K.Makowka, perhaps the belly is a bit flat? It is hard to tell from this angle, but there dosen`t seem to be alot of shading around that area. I think the curve of the stomach is one of the sexiest areas, a bit of fat just under the belly button, and a dip just above would really help I think. Maybe take a liitle look at the side of the knee as well, there is a line there that could do with being smoothed out a bit.
Really superb model though - especially those legs and ankle.
What are you going to do with her. Are you going to rig her? Because if you are, i`d clean up the triangles a bit.
How about some more angles? Lokking forward to more updates!

pgland:well, u r right from this angle, it quite hard to see, but i 've change her belly a little, now it suppose to be not so flat, about her knee, i've corrected that too, but that you can't see that on this shot, you'll see it on the next one..., to answer to your question, about what i want to do with her, my concept is, to make a hitman, a kind of lethal weapon, that the mafia would hire for some very hard contract, so beside her body, i m gonna model some weapon, (9mm +silencer or something like this..) with a holster, and i will try to animate her as well, with as many skin morpg as i can handle, for her tight, her arms etc...to keep her as realistic as i can...still a lot a work to do...but as soon as i'm satisfied with the overall of her body, i m gonna start texturing....another long task..:(

she keeps getting better.

it was strange thoug. when i first looked at her i was struck by auestion: is there such a thing as a knee to neck ratio? i think maybe her neck is a little too thick for her head. then i think that maybe her head is too small for her body. other than that, you know what i think...

I am really jealouse for some of the details of your girl. I like hands, feet (ankle area is sweet!) armpits/elbow. I think you should continue improving the head.( The mouth area still looks kind of strange) and the neck

Great!
I know you`ve just weilded the two parts of the body, but I still thik the calves maybe are a touch too boxy? There is quite a sharp highlight down one side of them. And the line between the sholulder and breast is still there a bit. They are ony small things though, so don`t know if you want to fix them or not. I was just slightly worried about the line across the shoulder as it might mean the mesh is a bit strange around there? Might make it difficult to deform correctly?
Anyway, the rest is still really great. The ankle and foot are so good! And the knickers are looking really well done - apart from the zip shader, maybe it is just a place holder.
I like the hair test too, is that the style you`re going for? Hair is a nightmare for me!

Anyway, keep it up Dragonkiss! I like very much!

great work on the body. Lots of detail. Love it. The zipper though, there would be a bit of fabric on both sides of the teath of it.

hello,

well, i'm back on that model after a long time of....nothing, lol, so now i have time to finish her, i hope this time it will for good! so i corrected some little detail and i'm gonna fix some more soon, i wont rig her, i will just let her in that position i think, and next step, some hair, i just have to find out the best when for that, if i will use a plugin, or some poly with a map, i don't knwo yet!

WOW looks really cool. One thing bugs me thou... The knees look a bit weird, it might be just me i don't know, but thats what I think. And thats my only crit otherwise the model is looking great. Nice body...

BTW i just love the pants :) nice texture.

hello ,

i've been doing some hair test those last days, so i'd like some feedback..:)
but you'll see on the picture something weird, which i don't understand so if someone knows why, it would more than welcome!, so here's my problem so i use the scanline render for those test, wnd when i do a whole body view render she have some kind of black mask on her face, which is not suppose to be here and when i make a close up render no black mask anymore, so how this stuff happen?????

her hair looks a bit straw like. maybe let it "clump" a bit on the ends. for long smooth hair it might have a bit to much randomness too.

logotomie: you are completly right, i should add some more clump !, i'll try that later when i will manage to render the way i want!

Pionier: thank you, i 've already seen that tutorial, but my problem is because of a bug maybe, cause a friend of mine had the same problem with ornatrix 1.3 and both of those plugin use atmospheric so maybe that's why, but i'm really not sure..i'm still looking for the answer!

Hey Dragonkiss, long time! Looks like we started up our WIPS again at the same time, but you are having more luck with hair I think!

The second style is the one to go for I reckon. The first is interesting with all the different lengths but really hard to tell what is going on. I love irregular hair, but the second is simpler and more effective I think.

Is there any rigging in there yet?

I would stick with hairstyle 1. I like both but i think you should stick with nr 1. short hair is imho easier to master.

I personally think hairstyle 2 is better since it's much more feminine. I suppose the hairstyle 1 would be easier to master as logotomie mentioned but I don't think it looks very good. I think you pulled of a pretty decent job with the long hair, keep it coming :thumbsup:

hello, i did some improvement to the hair cut, style 1 & 2 , i like both style but i think i'm gonna keep the second style with longer hair, or maybe i'll keep both, and when she will be finish, make to images one with shorter hair and one with longer...:)

Looking good so far.
VERY nice body modeling (i especially like the knees!) and her face looks good, if a little generic.

Nice job, I especially like the modelling on the lower half of the body. Her butt, her legs(front & back of her knees and heels) and the hands too. Keep it up! :)
