i can tell you manipulated this with photoshop, but is the original pic a cg scene, photo or a paint?:D

la escena fue modelada y renderizada en max.Despues, tiene aplicado un filtro en photoshop.

Very nice looking. I'd tone down the photoshop filter though, it detracts from the image in my opinion.
