when i ad xref in my scene from file and save and then open the another file and ad the first file xref it nake dublicate what can i do to ignore the xref in the first file

Looks like you are going about things wrong? If you using a file for an Xref, do not go and add Xrefs into your file already serving as an Xref. Or maybe I just don't understand yet.

what i mean if i want to work in project with another person then i put his work in my file as xref and he put my work in his file as xref like xref in autocad if i do that in max i cant
