Hi Moush,
I think your poses and your timing are quite good. But, I read a critique of another animation on the 10sec club site which pointed out how an character can look coreographed and unnatural if all the body parts are moving at the same time. I think you did a good job offsetting the hands to form and overlap for the movement of the arms, but the rest of the body feels a little stiff and unexpressive. Also the weight shifts for the hips and legs don't feel natural either. perhaps if you push the arc of the spine in accordance with the foot which the character places his weight on, his movements would appear more believable. I am a student of animation for myself, but there is just a certain stiffness about the legs and spine that bothers me, though the arms are working fairly well. I would also put a little anticipation before he taps his head at the end as right now it looks as if his hand unnaturally is pulled towards his head as if it was magnetized. Well, not sure how much help this has been, or whether I could have done better myself. As far as I can see the lipsynch is working pretty well, so keep on working at it. The piece has potential.
