hi, sorry for my bad english, im in desperate need of help, i think that the area marked in red (the crotch area) is ruining my model, but i just cant model it and i dont know why, can someone help me ? how to do it ?

ps: the model inst optimized i still have to remove extra polys in the arms and helmet.

look at this guys crotch wires (http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?t=210881) then do the same thing to yours. study them, these are great resource for low poly modeling

ok, finished, its 900 tris and 600 polys, i still think 900 is to much, althoug i can gain 50/60 deleting faces hided by the helmet, this is for a futuristic riot control guard, what do you think off it?? i didnt use any references so if u spot any topology misfunction or unpropotionality plz tell me, comments would be great before i start uv mapping this guy, cheers.

the crotch seem too high maybe. the elbows should be pretty much the same height of the belly button, then that brings the lower arm alittle lower.
like i mentioned before study, those wires from those links, they're a base to start any model.
your shoulder will have deformation issues the way that geometry is layed out.

worked mostly on optimization and crotch, still t owork on shoulders arms, what do u think ? any comments would be great.
