Please , does someone could help me to find a tutorial for modelling a realistical male human body?
I`m making a male human character, but I was unable to find any tutorials for modelling it`s body. There are tutorials for female modelling characters all over the net , but strangely there are no (or I wasn`t able to find them in google) good tutorials for male bodyes.

I see that this forum is very active, but I`m more than surprised that no one wants to help me.
I`m pretty sure that at least one of you has modelled a realistical human body.Couldn`t just one of you help me, please?I really have problems with the human anatomy and can`t model anything realistic, please people, help me!

If you got a deadline comming at you, this could be very ugly, but if you doing some practice or a study of human antomy, you need to get away from the computer and find some anatomy books or "drawing humans in motion" books. there is not easy way out of it.
...look for photo rereference in the web... and those female tutorials are easily translated to male tutorials, if you observe them like a bunch of tech in how move vertices around.
no mean to offense. just been has clear has i can be.
excuse my spanglish
good luck and keep maxing

Let`s leave the drawing aside, really it`s the good start but I already know that. For me the expression on the white paper is much easier than modelling it.I`m working on MAX from a long time, but I`ve always modelling cartoony style characters or monster like creatures, without the human`s proportion. Now I would like to go on the higher level-at the realism, but my problem is that I don`t know how to start.
The female body is imo much easier to modell, because the only upper relief is the breasts, the hands and the legs are not like the male`s - the muscle groups are more protruded and so on.

ok, basically just use the skills from the female modelling tutorials (the basic concepts i mean), use a good male reference, go to www.fineart.sk (http://www.fineart.sk) for some refrence pics or www.3d.sk (http://www.3d.sk) , then browse around this topology thread http://cgtalk.com/showthread.php?t=108412 and let yourself go wild....not too wild though, or else things may not turn out very well. Also, dont be afraid to stand in front of the mirror and use yourself as a refrence too.
