hehe, was watching episode1 again lastnight, and it got me thinking on how ilm made the gungan sheilds (also the destroyer minishields)

would it be like a giant sphere with a glassy/plasticy shader with a proximal ?

well, i think that would be exactly the right way. hmmm...i'll test it tomorrow. :)
