Okay im a noobie at Maya but learning. My question is, how do you add a face when you accidentally deleted a face of a polygon model? I know I can go back and undo it but is there any way to like join up two close faces to fill up that face that you just deleted or make a new face? Or can you not fill up that gap where the face got deleted? Any help would be great! :)

Go to Polygon>Append to Polygon Tool, then select one edge with the tool, and the opposite edge, press enter and it should fill in the gap. Hope that helps. :)

or "fill hole" from edit polygons
