SUN rays SHOULD be parallel and more white. And sun's energy amount should be higher. In my opinion. (no offense :) )

Very nice work. Great textures and modeles! There are a couple things that would help make it more realistic.
First, it could use more details. For example cords from the electronic devices leading to the outlet under the desk. Also, if you are going for messy, you could have some of the drawers partially pulled out. Maybe a poster or framed picture on the wall to fill in that negative space. Also scattered papers here and there would help "mess" it up a bit.
The second thing that would really sell the realism and messyness woul be if you added dirt and wear and tear to the textures. Maybe dust has collected on some of the stuff. Stains on things. Just look aroud your office for ideas.
Hope you find this helpfull, if not, just ignore.

Cool, I like comparing the two images! I like that you added the light coming in through the blinds, because it looks better with that in there compared to the picture you took.
Great work!

IF so it fails, but as a stylized yet realistic image i think it has a very nice aesthetic.

*thnx!!:bounce:..the original image i took it by evening shift compared to the rendered one i made a shoot as daytime, the blinds made me comfortable either since it makes the scene alive!!:)
