View Full Version : Exporting UV's back from photoshop
foxhound 09-21-2002, 09:16 PM :shrug: Correct me anyone if im doing anything wrong here. I take a snapshot of my UV's and export them to photoshop to paint em,then the next part is where im lost.What steps now do i take to export my UV's back into maya and onto my model?

save them in whatever file format you want... drag the texture (i.e. texture.jpg) onto the hypershade. create a new material and connect the texture to the material.

Really having problems with doubles there, eh foxhound? :)
But I understand, it's the "Server is so tired and wants to sleep for a min, okies?" that pops up rather frequently nowadays :beer:
