hi there, can anyone come up with some ideas to help me get back in the swing of things?

i have to get images (photos and sketches) of the built and engineering enviroment in my town, i need to make a visual and intellectual exploration!!

i could go off and sketch nice architecture and industrial buildings but i think they want more in terms of creative thinking,

there is alot of stuff which came to my mind like,

airport, car factory, car parts factories, industrial warhouses, pier's, churches, ... ?

Personally I like gritty somewhat dirty paintings of things like run down buildings, the bad parts of town, or like you said industry. If you can pull them off right they have a really unique feeling and tone about them, but that’s just my opinion.

yer i like those types of images too, somthing personal about them and if done well htey look really nice.
