Hey everyone

Thanks:)

I ordered on-line but this does not ring any bells for me. I've long since deleted the original order emails.

My guess is since Softimage are in Quebec then they have just informed you that the maple syrup is ready. ;)

(Seriously, I think "SAP" could be an acronym for System Account Profile or something to that effect)

I remember it, it means that the order has been recieved and is being processed.

l could be completely off, but here is my guess: SAP is a high-end database system (meant for international corporations and large scale selling companies, for example). Possibly Softimage is running its store (or its entire company framework) under SAP, and this is just a feedback message from the database that a new entry has been made.

Thanks for the replys guys.

I am in the UK, will it be shipped from the states or Canada?
I did here that someone's got shipped from Ireland, do you think that is more likely to happen?

They should have sent your the key code thingamabob, so you can download the 30day demo and enter your key... and voila, no more waiting for the app.

Hey JDex

I did get my key, and i saw the download, but i am stuck on a very slow connection, so the download will take ages, and i would really like to start the program when i have everything here.
Thanks for the suggestion : )

How long did it take for people to receive there XSI after they ordered it??

Thanks again

Hi, I'm in the UK too, my Foundation shipped from Dublin, it took just over a week from order to delivery.

Mine came from Ireland too. took about a week and a bit to get here. I ordered through XTFX though, not through the web. They were kind enough to offer free shipping since it arrived a few days after I'd left London and moved back up north :)
