if your talking about the jaggy line then
increase the steps in the line interpolation rollout
if your talking about the bottom line where its a corner then right click the vertex and select smooth

Select a vertex while in Vertex Sub-Object mode of the Editable Spline. The top left quad-menu will show, amongst others, four options that has to do with what you want to accomplish. There is "Bezier Corner", "Bezier", "Corner", and "Smooth". This sets how that vertex treats the lines that connects to it.
Set the ones at the buttom to "Smooth".
This will make the lines connecting to those vertice smooth. Which.. you know.. makes sense somehow
Optional: Experiment with the "Bezier" and "Bezier Corner" for extra control through the use of handles to control the curvature.
Also: Read the manual, it has plenty to say on editing splines.
Splines are fun and demanding.
