View Full Version : How to "jog" time in Maya
mindspin00 03-10-2005, 03:10 PM I've recently started using MotionBuilder again and fell in love with the ability to "jog" time by holding down the j key and moving my mouse left and right. The jog will completely loop the animation and will scale speed based on how much you move your mouse. I remember stumbling upon something like this in Maya a few years back, but I cant seem to find it anywhere. Anyone know what this is called, or where to look for it ?

Not sure want you mean.
There´s a tool called "Titan" on highend3d.com for "real-time" animation. Never used it.
To jump forward and back with the timeslider, keep pressed down "k" and move your mouse left and right
