Becoming a graphic designer is, unfortunately, not as easy as somebody just emailing you. Most graphic design jobs out there require that you go to school to become one, get a degree (or some sort of other qualification), and then start working hard to produce stuff that potential clients will look at and think, "I want this guy to do work for me." There are very few instances where you will just suddenly have your dream job thrust upon you, and there's no way that you can prepare for those circumstances.

I think the best anyone here can tell you is to keep working hard to do the thing you love and never give up. And hey, you're only 16. You might find something you like even better, so keep yourself versatile while you're still young and do as much research as you can into your chosen field. Decide whether it's right for you or not, and go for whatever looks good.
