View Full Version : Need Help with Physique and MeshSmooth

Ok.. This is my first post here so if this isn't the right place.. let me know :) heh..

My problem is when i add physique to my stack.. Initialize it and then add mesh smooth. My object gets all distorted once i move the time line past frame 1. The mesh moves off the biped and has some vertices in its old place resulting in a very jaggy distorted character..

My modifier stack is:

Meshsmooth
physique
edit poly
morpher
edit poly.

I think that there might be a pivot issue going on. But I’m not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How is the deformation without meshsmooth?

Without mesh smooth everything looks and works just fine.

I seemed to have fixed it last night.n I'm still not sure what was causing it. I had some of my stuff on other layers. like morph targets.. etc.. i went through and deleted the layers that i wasn't using anymore and made them all visible while i initialized my physique and added mesh smooth.

After i did that everything is working just fine.
