One solution could be to add a point (helper) on the right of the flower, then select the IK goal, and put this created point as swivel angle ?

You should also use Spline-IK solver, have you tried it ?

But well, I don't really see why the flowers twist...

It's flipping because the HI IK solver only works in.. one direction. So to speak. The flower is initialized in the position of the first image, draw a line from the IK end-effector to the pivot of the first bone, and you can see that on the 2nd picture that line has been crossed. HI IK doesn't do that, if you cross the line, the swivel.. er.. swivels.

As KiboOst says, what it seems you need to do is just make a helper on the right side of the flower, and select that as the swivel reference point for the IK chain.

You do that by hitting the "Pick Target" in the IK Solver rollout under the settings for the IK chain, and select the helper object. That'll let you use another objects position to compute the swivel angle automatically.

Does that help solve things?
