Hello all,

Icepond Studio, located in beautiful Brewster, New York is looking to expand our pool of freelancers for an upcoming project.

Potential candidates should be able to work from a remote location easily. A fast internet connection for FTP and email transfer of files is a must.

As we're using the latest Maya (4.5) for this project, we cannot consider artists who use other packages at this time.

Candidates should be able to show us some examples of their rigging abilities as well as possibly sending us a sample rig to look at the actual structure from withinn Maya.

The turn around on our current project is very quick, so the sooner you can get your stuff in to us, the better.

We'll need someone who can handle a pretty basic rig for a character that has no arms or legs as well as a rig for a quadruped.

We're interested in getting someone who can handle everything from blendshapes through to creating custom controls for the animators.

Being able to incorporate controls based on animator feedback is of huge importance.

You can see a little more about Icepond Studio by checking out our website at:

Experience with rigging in a professional environment would be ideal, but if you're a good rigger, you're a good rigger. Anyone can apply.

Please send an email with links to your work samples to:

floyd@icepond.com

Thank you. I look forward to seeing some really cool stuff.
