this is fractal art. you only have to set some parameters and render it - no skill needed.
the best prog is ultrafractal. this one here looks like apophysis 2.0 (freeware). simply try it.

Does anyone knows any good tutorials?
I know most think its something you dont need skill for.
But try to acheeve something you realy want, and it will be very hard.
You can allready do nice stuff with random clicking and stuff, but i dont want that.
Ive seen some gallery's where flames where combined and they where OMG.
There is many abuse to out there tough :(
