Urgent : Need Help !!

ok ur links arent working, i see a logo instead of a face...
anyway there are a number of ways u can tackle this

1. make a new layer and fill it with the color u want (green), then make its mode to "color" then just erase the areas that it covers that arent on the hair.

2. goto image>adjustments>replace color and select the hair and adjust fuzziness to get all of it, then move the sliders to get the result u want

3. make a selection over the hair (be very accurate) and hit command u and click "colorize" then move the sliders to get the color u want

instead of moving the sliders set the forground color to the exact color you are looking for before you do the colorize stuff

I hate to break it to you, but you're going to have one helluva time trying to lighten up that guy's hair to colorize it. You're either going to have to replace his hair with somebody else's, get another picture, or find a way to bring out detail that simply isn't there. His hair is mostly just one big black blotch and it's the same for most of his eyebrows and almost all of his shirt. I would suggest that you find another image with more color variations and highlights in his hair as soon as possible.
