This is my first pass at doing a lip sync. Any comments and/or critiques are welcomed....

(works best if you save target, I think there is a glitch in the matrix :eek: )

it doesnt work... not with right click or just clicking it, or copy pasting it.

Ah it does work now, its pretty cool, i liked office space alot. The animation is ok, it does seem a little floaty, you should make the character hold his extreme poses a little longer, i think that would make it better. In this version the poses are good but the transitions are just to slow. When you hold the poses the transitions will get faster.
O, and the part in the middle where he just stands with his arms down might need a retouch. he is almost symmetrical, this makes him look dull. try to make a new pose for that part.
