This is an illustartion from the book "The War for Eternity"
The idea was to protray the riding of large baboon-like creatures through the trees. The trees are huge. The only way through the forest is follow the highways mapped out through the branches.

My first comment is that it looks great! :thumbsup:

The only thing that bugs me a little bit is that the blue light seems to come from 2 sides. Right on the monster, left on the guy's face.

I am also very curious about the final crop on the book itself. I suppose the leftside of the piece dissapears in the side (correct word for that?) and the back of the book. If so, no comment on the composition ;)
