View Full Version : Maya Particle problem

Trying to create a comet like object revolving around a central object starting slow and gradually increasing velocity and increasing tail using the object as the emitter. Problem is when the object gets to a certain velocity the particle don't follow the circular path, it turns into more of an octagon shape. Is there a way to keep the particles following the circular path. Is there an expression that needs to be created ? If so what. Thanks in advance.
