View Full Version : 3D Max Poly Model Problem with Symmetry Modifier

Hello CG-Talk community,
it's my firts posting here and I come up with a problem, but maybe someone in here can help me out. I am working on a 3D Max poly-model with the symmetry modifier applied to it. And I am getting some weired poly errors at the symmetry axis, though the verticies are exactly in the midddle, I have checked for polygons on the symmetry axis, and I havent found any double verticies or edges there neither. So I cant figure out whats wrong with it, maybe someone in here had the same problem and already solved it, or knows what to do here by lookin at my screenshots:

Try turning down the weld value in the symmetry modifier.

You could also delete the face, and create a new poly.
