Does IFX Format is been supported by Adobe After Effects.

I hope I understand your question right...
I don't think that it's possible to use Combustion plug-ins in After Effects, though Combustion runs AE plug-ins just fine.
May I ask which plug-in you have for Combustion that doesn't exist natively for After Effects?
