it is a good concept:) i think his left forearm looks a lil odd, short i think, and im not sure what hes holding (left hand again), it kinda looks like a royal septer, but i think its sposed to be a gun

and his neck looks a lil long also

for shading it, pick a light source and paint in your highlites and shadows where they would appear (for this pic, use the lineart as ref for shadows and light *from the left*) also, one more anatomy issue, the chest muscle should look like it connects into the shoulder muscle, not just one solid piece all on its own

hey hjalmar,thnx dude!:) actually the pose of the character is supposed to be like that...nd he's holding a gun on his left hand.

any suggestion on the color of the gun and and on his cyborg right hand

First thing I have to suggest concerning shading... don't work on a white background unless you intend to keep it white. I've found that using a coloured background (not too dark, not too glaring) will really help when picking colours and give a much more living and rewarding colour scheme. Using a white background tends to wash the colours out and make one much more cowardly in using other hues than just pink or orange

Having said that, I'd suggest that you,
1) pick a background colour and fill it in
2) incorporate a colour other than regular skin pink into the skin tones
3) pick a light source and the colour of the light source and
4) be a little bit more brave in colour variations.

Nice work so far, though - and very cool picture that you're colouring.
