View Full Version : locking Brush Tip Shape parameters in the brush engine?

In the brush engine, you can change the spacing, angle and other things for each brush. However, as you select another brush, I find that my changes are lost when I return to it later on.

So my question is : is there a way to fix the parameters you set for a brush? say e.g. for a custom brush if i want to keep it at 1% spacing rather than the 25% Photoshop uses as default?

You have to save the modified brush.

Ah ... I see. I was looking in the wrong places (the preset manager and the docked brushes palette)

thanks a bunch, it was exactly what I needed!
(well, maybe not EXACTLY, but a push in the right direction for sure :))
