Played with a demo version of Alias Sketchbook Pro for this one. Pretty cool little program. Although it took a while and I didn't end up with quite the image I wanted, just because I'm much more familiar with Photoshop. About an hour - part of that time was just getting used to the program.

Tried to see how i could sketch crowds. It went ok although painting would be difficult. So the sound of happiness is... crowds shouting at victorious warriors or something like that. By the way, good work folks!

half an hour, painter. The first flowers in spring, pushing the snow and the cold back in the caves where they came from: that's the sound of happiness for me

God Enayla!!! You nail it every time! I see mine gives you inspiration: the simple flute instrument and a winged listener. You aught to get it again (the winning vote). I'm still new here at cg to be voted. But...don't worry...You're my inspiration...I need to hone my skill in the human skin. Mine is getting there thought with this sketch practise!
Basse: I love your watery-on-paper look! Love it!
Deaderthanred: I thougt someone would think that "The Sound of Happiness" would be about war/victory. Simple yet to the point concept. Love that. I like your lighting too.
Garma: My first glimpse of it reminds me of impressionism art. Don't know why but I really like it. Keep it up man, keep it up...
Gordanm: Your rainbow colours give me inspiration. Thanks....

03-03-2005, 09:53 PM
SoniaNotRed: yay for crpg! :D
Loulu79: thanks! :) it's not really war, but the sound a computer role-playing game normally makes (usually a fairy chime or a "ding!" type sound) when your character levels up, where you gain new powers and items for your game character, and opening up new levels in the game to explore.

SpeccySteve : I wonder why the neighboors always desagree with the happy soud of electric guitar training, but I guess it's because they never had a try. :buttrock:
Enayla: All we can do is :bowdown:to your majesty.
deaderthanred: Her expression is really kick ass.
