hey,
i was hoping to ask if anyone knew why my corrective blend shape will not work. i have a patch head that is bound. normally if i have a geometry problem that i cant fix with weighting i simply make a blend shape and move it down in my inputs so that i t will not disturb the skin cluster. then i do a SDK to make the blend shape take effect whenever it gets out of control.

right now when i do this the target object gets deformed when i move the slider up even without any changes to the blend shape.
the target object history is quite clean too.
what the hell???

Im not sure but I think I had a similar problem. For me I forgot to set the blendshape slider from zero to 1, before deforming the blendshape duplicate. Also make sure this duplicate doesnt have any locked transformation nodes in the channel box. I'm no expert so let us know if you discover the problem. Good luck.
