Can someone tell me why I get this message?
------------------------
"buildFurImage failed"
------------------------
It was rendering fine, and then it stopped. So thinking maybe it was just something rendering from within maya I did a batch render. It worked...once. So I tried command line rendering, and it worked.....once. And now it doesn't work at all. I just get this message. I didn't use namespaces, since I know that causes problems, and the actual model with the fur attached isn't even referenced. In fact it was doing it before I referenced anything, but I thought it was just the computer I was on. So I switched, and of course, same problem. Please, if anyone knows the answer or has an idea, I'd be very appreciative! Thanks.

Yeah, we got it working. It was so long ago that I don't remember how we did it, but it may have had something to do with namespaces and referencing? That's just a guess though. We had to edit the ascii file so that it wasn't bringing them in using namespaces.

Hi I fixed mine to. I went into advanced fur rendering and clicked on fur files and the top and then clicked create files and then the fur began to render again.
