Hello all,

One thing I've never been able to understand, is how to model wrinkles and seams in clothing. I've seen some people here do some amazing work incorporating this using meshsmooth or sub-ds.

Are there any tutorials or advice on how to achieve this? Everytime I've tried, I've had poor results, and I'm sure there's a good technique to this. Matt Clark, any suggestions?

Hope this isn't too broad/vague a request

Thanks in advance. :)

Well, you can make wrinkles by making new edges close around the edge where you want your wrinkle to be, and then moving them in a bit.

Here's an example page, I know it's not cloth, but an ugly ogre (;)), but it shows the way wrinkles can be made.
