View Full Version : Adding bump to MISSS shader network

I have a shader network with MISSS_fast_simple and I need to add a bump map to it, I'm having a bit of a problem figuring out how to do this. a shot of the network is attached (it's a jade-ish shader). Can anyone tell me how to add a bump to this? Thanks.

Bump2d node into the bump shader slot of miss shader.

Thanks a lot for the reply, I've been really stumped on this.
ok, I tried that, no change in the render at all. Is this how it should be connected in the shading network?

No reason to use an mi bump node, the maya bump node works just fine.
